Like many, once I discovered that I was on a spiritual path through life I also realised that I always had been. I recognised that everything I'd ever done had lead me to that moment. And every moment since.
Life has its way of guiding us in ways that we never seemed likely.
This is how I now teach yoga, offer Shamanic healing sessions, write, and play music. Well, the last two and art have always been been a thing for me.
Anyway, currently based in Norwich, UK, I'm still doing all of those things for fun and sometimes for money too.
